The €1.50 booking fee is charged immediately when you reserve; it covers payment processing and PIN delivery. The storage fee (hourly or daily) is paid separately at pickup, based on how long you actually used the locker.

You receive a unique PIN code by email and SMS the moment you book. It's the only way to enter our premises and open your locker, and it expires automatically at the end of your reservation.

Absolutely — as many times as you like, at no extra charge. Just enter your PIN on your phone or the kiosk touchscreen; the locker re-locks automatically when you close the door.

Locker M (40×60×50 cm): backpack or small handbag. Locker L (40×45×70 cm): cabin luggage + a handbag, our most popular size. Locker XL (40×90×70 cm): full-size suitcase, bike equipment or pushchair.

Good news — from 5 hours of storage the daily rate (€5–€9 depending on size) replaces the hourly rate automatically. You always pay whichever option is cheaper, with zero action on your part.

Yes. Multi-day pricing is simply the daily rate × the number of days. The €1.50 booking fee is charged once for the whole reservation, regardless of duration.

Yes — every booking includes basic insurance coverage up to €1,000 per locker against theft or material damage directly attributable to our facility. Exclusions apply (prohibited items, poor packaging, indirect damage).

Yes — continuous HD video surveillance is active 24/7. Recordings are kept for 30 days in full compliance with French CNIL data-protection rules and accessed only for security investigations.

We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including weekends and public holidays. The facility is fully autonomous — no staff on site — so you have access whenever you need it.
